Where will the event be held?
The Impact Experience will be held at The Hilton Austin in the Salon Room which is located at 500 E 4th St. Austin, TX 78701
Is there a hotel room block?
Yes! We have a room block at the Hilton Hotel. Use the link below to receive a discounted rate. Make sure to book your room by Monday, August 26th.
What time is the event?
The event will be September 19th from 9am to 4pm and September 20th from 8am to 1pm.
Is lunch included?
Lunch is included when you purchase a VIP ticket. If you purchased an Executive ticket, make sure to purchase your ticket to the Networking lunch. For the Networking Lunch, join us Thursday and Friday during the lunch hour for an invaluable opportunity to connect with industry peers in a curated, professional setting. These lunches are not only a chance to expand your professional network but also to gain insights and share knowledge over great food in a relaxed atmosphere. It's an ideal setting for sparking new collaborations and discovering opportunities that could significantly benefit your career.
When is registration?
Registration will be from 3pm-6pm on Wednesday, September 18th and resume at 8am on Thursday, September 19th.
What do I need to bring to get into the event?
For check-in at the event, just bring your photo ID card.

Will I be allowed to record the event?
The hotel does not allow additional recording outside of the our media team. If you plan to bring a photographer to the event, they will need to sign an agreement and purchase a content ticket. Please reach out to [email protected] to purchase your content ticket.
Can I upgrade my tickets?
Absolutely! Think of it as leveling up in a game—you get more perks, better views, and a guaranteed boost in bragging rights. Plus, who doesn’t love a little VIP treatment? What is the ticket refund policy?
Unfortunately, all sales are final, just like that impulse purchase you made during a late-night online shopping spree. Once you’ve got the ticket, it's yours for better or worse, rain or shine, whether you realize you double-booked or the dog ate it. Think of it as a commitment to fun, come what may. So, mark your calendar, set a reminder, and get ready for an unforgettable time!
What is the dress code for the event?
No need for a three-piece suit, but let's not dig out those sweatpants either. Aim for "I might run into my boss" chic: a nice shirt, comfortable slacks or a skirt, and shoes that don’t scream "gym time!" If you're still unsure, just imagine what you'd wear to impress at a coffee shop meeting—polished but not too buttoned-up. And remember, a little style goes a long way!
